I am involving you first, maybe all of us can come together to write a scientific paper about it to be published in a serious Medical Journal. The Security, Management and  Follow up of Private Pharmacy & Personal Health Emergency Medical Data (SeMaFPHEM Data) will also be focused on and integrated through the paper.

Here is a Center I had proposed to a Medical University:

STEMCEE-PARTSMedSSpecialized Translational and Evolving Medicine Center to Enable the Engineering of Personalized, Adaptive, Rehabilitative, Transformative and Sustainable MEDical Solutions

Here are definitions of the kinds of Medicine involved:

About Preventive Medicine

Preventive medicine is a medical specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), which focuses on the health of individuals and communities. The goal of preventive medicine is to promote health and well-being and prevent disease, disability and death.

Preventive medicine specialists are licensed medical doctors (MD) or doctors of osteopathy (DO) who possess expertise in a broad range of health care skills, including biostatistics, epidemiology, planning and evaluation of health services, management of health care organizations, research, and the practice of prevention in clinical settings. They apply their knowledge and skills in medicine, social, economic, and behavioral sciences to improve the health and quality of life of individuals, families, communities and populations through disease prevention and health promotion.

Preventive medicine has three sub-specialty areas: public health and general preventive medicine, occupational medicine, and aerospace medicine.

PROGRESSIVE Medicine

Abstract

The term Progressive Medicine combines the evidence-based foundation of orthodox medicine with the growing understanding that life comprises much more than a series of biochemical reactions. Recent studies have identified an alternative cellular energy (ACE) pathway as an auxiliary defense mechanism against various diseases, including both conventional and stealth-adapted virus infections. This pathway can be activated through non-pharmaceutical methods that work through biophysical rather than biochemical reactions. Validation of these methods requires well-documented and successful clinical outcome studies. The methods also need to be fully disclosed to regulatory agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These requirements have been largely ignored by many practitioners of complimentary and alternative medicine. They are essential elements of Progressive Medicine.

HOLISTIC Medicine

The Difference Between Naturopathic & Holistic Medicine

The difference between naturopathic medicine and holistic medicine is that naturopathic medicine is its own discipline of medicine with specific training rooted in natural remedies while holistic medicine is practiced by physicians with conventional medical training who have a holistic philosophy that centers on a mind-body-spirit approach to medicine.

ADAPTIVE Medicine

Abstract

Much of current pharmacological practice focuses on identifying the single 'best' treatment (or course of treatments) for a particular disease. Recently, however, focus has begun to shift towards a more patient-centric rather than disease-centric approach, where personal characteristics are used to identify the optimal treatment for an individual. Adaptive treatment strategies (also known as dynamic treatment regimes) are part of a rapidly expanding area of research whereby such personalized treatments can be identified. These methods can lead to improved results over standard 'one size fits all' approaches, as well as provide a route to formalizing a common practice of using ad hoc approaches when deciding or updating management plans. Here, we provide an introduction to adaptive treatment strategies, explaining their background, their purpose, and how they can be employed in practice.

Keywords: Q-learning; adaptive treatment strategies; dynamic treatment regimes; personalized medicine; pharmacoepidemiology; sequential randomization.

ALLOPATHIC Medicine

Allopathic medicine, or allopathy, refers to science-based, modern medicine. There are regional variations in usage of the term. In the United States, the term is used to contrast with osteopathic medicine, especially in the field of medical education.

TRANSFORMATIVE Medicine

The Ellison Institute of Transformative Medicine

The Ellison Institute of USC draws collaborators from across conventional health and wellness fields, as well as from a broad range of other disciplines such as physics, biology, math and engineering to study cancer and potential ways to prevent, detect and treat the disease. The Institute complements and integrates cancer research being conducted by faculty physicians and scientists across the world.

HERBAL Medicine

Herbal medicine (also Herbalism) is the study of pharmacognosy and the use of medicinal plants. Plants have been the basis for medical treatments through most of human history, and such traditional medicine is still widely practiced today.

OSTEOPATHIC Medicine

Osteopathic medicine is a distinct pathway to medical practice in the United States.

Osteopathic medicine provides all of the benefits of modern medicine including prescription drugs, surgery, and the use of technology to diagnose disease and evaluate injury. It also offers the added benefit of hands-on diagnosis and treatment through a system of treatment known as osteopathic manipulative medicine. Osteopathic medicine emphasizes helping each person achieve a high level of wellness by focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
